1. Services Offered
   We provide cosmetic and medical Botox treatments by licensed professionals. All services are subject to consultation and approval.
2. Booking & Cancellations

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  
  
• Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
  
  
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or future booking limitations.
  
  

3. Payments & Refunds

• We accept all major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers.
  
  
• Full payment is required at the time of treatment.
  
  
• No refunds on completed services. In the rare case of a service issue, we offer free touch-ups or credit for future use.
  
  

4. Eligibility for Treatments

• Clients must be 18+ unless accompanied by a guardian.
  
  
• Not all individuals are suitable for Botox. Medical clearance may be required.
  
  

5. Liability

• All procedures carry potential risks.
  
  
• We are not responsible for outcomes if aftercare instructions are not followed.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and images on our site are owned by Botox Edmonton Clinic and cannot be used without permission.
